LPS Jankipuram organized a special assembly on the occasion of Basant Panchami in the school. The programme started with lighting of the lamp in front of Goddess Saraswati and taking the blessing.
A student of class VIII recited Shloka followed by Saraswati Vandana. Dance group presented a beautiful Kathak dance paying tribute to Goddess saraswati. Yoga performance by the students of class IX mesmerized everyone by perfect coordination and also inspired everyone to include yoga in everyday life. The programme concluded with the national Anthem.
The Students and the staff of LPS, Jankipuram bid farewell to the ongoing students of class XII 2023-2024 batch. The farewell was organized with zeal and enthusiasm.The day was a fiesta devoted to the years spent together with friends and teachers, to reminisce your moments.The function commenced with the formal welcome to class XII students followed by classical dance performance by students of Class XI. A melodious group song was presented by the school choir. A humorous skit presented by the students highlighting the memories of school days. At last lazy dance by the boys stole the show and was loved by all. Various titles were given to the Students Nikhil Joshi was judged Mr. LPS and Brishmeet Kaur Miss LPS by the Judges. Apeksha Verma was judged as star of the evening.The ceremony concluded by the speech of Principal Madam who wished them success in all the future endeavors and inspired them to leave an indelible mark of society and the School proud.

Christmas Day is celebrated on 25th of December every year on the auspicious occasion of the Birth Anniversary of Jesus Christ. Students of Primary wing enjoyed the Christmas Tree Decoration activity and students of junior wing presented the special assembly on this auspicious day. Assembly was started with Morning Prayer and speech Carols and We wish you a Merry Christmas were sung by our young choir. The children carried home the message of sharing and caring as well as the pleasure and pride of spreading peace, true to the spirit of the celebration.
Infused with immense enthusiasm, Lucknow Public School orchestrated a dynamic two-day Inter-Branch Athletic Meet (Under 19) at the sprawling playground of its South City branch from December 29th to December 30th, 2023. Seven branches, including LPS Sector-D,Sector-I,Jankipuram, South City, and Eldeco, collaborated to make this event a resounding success.The inaugural ceremony kicked off at 11:00 a.m. with an impressive march past drill, followed by an inspirational address from Principal Mr. Shekhar Sharma (South City branch) to the athletes. Rupali Negi, the sports captain of South City, administered the oath, officially declaring the meet open.A diverse array of athletic events unfolded, including 800m (final) for girls and boys, 60m (Heats), shotput (final), long jump (final), 4x100m relay (Heats) for girls and boys, and more. Post-lunch sessions featured events like 400m (Heats), high jump (final) for girls and boys, and 4x200m relay (Heats) for boys and girls.The following day witnessed competitions such as 200m low hurdles (Heats) for girls and boys, triple jump (final) for girls and boys, 60m (final) for girls and boys, javelin throw (final) for girls, 400m (final) for boys and girls, and 4x100m Mix Relay. The post-lunch schedule included 200m hurdle (final) for boys and girls, discus (final) for boys and girls, and 200m final for boys and girls.The highlight of the program was the 'Prize Distribution' ceremony, where outstanding achievements were acknowledged. The event concluded with the 'Closing March Past,' leaving an indelible mark of inspiration. May the accomplishments of these exceptional athletes serve as a testament that with unwavering optimism and passion for their goals, nothing is beyond reach.

The most awaited day of the year was the school picnic to Amrapali Water Park. The school picnic was for the students of IX to XII. Amrapali Water Park gave an experience of being surrounded by greenery and the Rides and slides. The students were extremely excited and kept singing songs in the bus till they reached the venue.A delicious breakfast was followed by a tour of the Water Park where the students were excited and shook their legs to the thumping dance numbers which were played near the pool. They even created a few crazy steps and the teachers too joined the fun and most enjoyable time was in the play area with swings, slides. Indeed it was a great day for all the students and teachers, as it strengthened the bond between the students and their teachers.

9 December 2023, second Saturday of the month was observed as No Bag Day for the Pre Primary and Primary Wing Students. On this day extra-curricular activities was held for the students. Rather than lugging books to school, life education is organized through experiences. The major goal of establishing this day is to add more colour to students' learning by training them in other areas (apart from books). Various activities such as Clock making Activity, Paper Tearing and Pasting activity, Pin wheel making activity and few fitness activities have been implemented to reduce the work load and stress of students in grades Nursery to V.

On 3rd December 2023, The School fete was organized by Lucknow Public School, Jankipuram. The School Fete “UTSAV-THE MELA” this year was one of the most exciting, extremely fun and joyful events of the School. The grounds of the school were thronged with parents, teachers and students joyously participating at the stalls; cheering the performers on stage and enjoying the delicacies in the food stalls. Teachers and students set up the stalls of Food,Games,Books,Toys,Mehndi and Tattoo. Every step children and adults were walking and smiling which was a good thing to see. The main attraction of the fete was “LUCKY DRAW”. Students and staff members won the exciting prizes. This day ended with an overwhelming response from students, staff and parents.

Diwali is the festival of lights which is celebrated in various regions across India. The name ‘Deepavali’ literally means an ‘array of lights’. To make the students understand the importance of Diwali, LPS Jankipuram branch, had a celebration in school on 10th Novemeber. Teachers explained the importance of Diwali, the festival spiritually signifies the victory of light over darkness, knowledge over ignorance, good over evil, and hope over despair. Children decorated diyas with colors and glitter and made Rangoli with flowers. On this celebration they bought delicious lunch and snacks. Both Teachers and students enjoyed the class party and Diwali celebrations whole heartedly.

Lucknow Public School School, Jankipuram celebrated Children’s day, with great festive fervour, to commemorate the birth anniversary of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru. The programme began with informative and inspirational speeches by the teachers. The following programme had a series of interesting and exciting events, all planned meticulously for complete entertainment. Teachers of the junior section enthralled the audience with their energetic and graceful moves with their dance. The children came dressed in casual ethnic dresses and relished their food with classmates. Various activities were organised for the children as the school campus buzzed with exciting Games, Songs, Dance and joy. Children’s Day was marked with grand splendour and fiesta as it was a day wherein fun and frolic dominated.

Children’s Day, also known as “Bal Diwas” is celebrated every year in India on November 14, to commemorate the birth anniversary of India’s first Prime Minister Pandit Jawahar Lal Nehru. To mark this day LPS, Jankipuram organised a class party for the students of Primary Wing. They bought delicious lunch and snacks to celebrate the party. Both Teachers and students enjoyed the class party and Diwali celebrations whole heartedly.
India celebrated its 75th Republic Day on 26th January 2024. Being the 75th Anniversary of Republic Day, this day is of more importance. Republic Day was celebrated with pride and reverence at Lucknow Public School, Jankipuram. The ceremony began with the unfurling of the tricolour flag by the Principal Ms. Shabnam Singh. It was followed by the National Anthem and National Song to pay tribute to the motherland.Ms Anshika Shukla of the class XI A delivered a powerful speech which enthralled the audience. She dedicated the celebration to the undying human spirit to triumph in the face of adversity and touched upon the measures being taken by the nation to help the citizen’s tide over the economic crises. The celebration included March Past, Udghosh and Patriotic song sung by students of class XI. Finally, Ms Shabnam Singh the principal of the school addressed students and motivated them to become good citizens and serve the nation. The program ended with sweet distribution.

To revere this day, the Students of LPS Jankipuram, Guindy held a Special Assembly to commemorate the Mahatma’s life. The Student led special speech with Gandhian quotes and messages brought the gathering to understand more about this iconic leader. Gandhian ideals were depicted through a skit which the students presented in the most eloquent manner.All our Students were imbued with Gandhian values and thoughts and vowed to become citizens of India and this World.

To recognize the vital role of the schools in spreading the awareness about Swachhata Mission and its implementation across the country a Poster Making competition was conducted on the theme “ Say no to Plastic“ Students from Senior wing participated in the activity very enthusiastically.
Students of our school, LPS Jankipuram branch distributed hygiene material kits to everyone which included sanitizer, soap, handkerchief, hand wash etc. Enthusiasm was seen among the children. With full enthusiasm, the children tried their best to make people aware about cleanliness.
As part of the campaign for Swachh Bharat-Swachhta Pakhwada (CBSE), various activities were conducted in our school, LUCKNOW PUBLIC SCHOOL, JANKIPURAM BRANCH, to create awareness among the students regarding Cleanliness and the on going cleanliness drive “Swachh Bharat” started by our respected Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi.

On the occasion of Swachhata Pakhwada, Hand Washing Activity was held for the students of Class Pre- Primary. The aim of the activity was to make the children aware that washing hands properly helps in preventing spread of infection. The children were advised that they must practice hand wash at key times such as after using the toilet or before eating food.

The World Ozone Day is celebrated annually on September 16 to commemorate the importance of environment and ozone layer preservation. The ozone layer protection practices are adhered to by reducing the production of substances that deplete the ozone layer.
Our school organized a quiz competition on the occasion. Students from class VI to VIII participated in this quiz competition with full zeal and confidence.

Hindi Diwas is celebrated on the 14th of September to mark the adoption of Hindi as one of the official languages of India.

A celebration conducted at Lucknow Public School by our students on 5th Sept 2023. The whole function was planned by the students of grade IX to XII with incredible gusto and zeal. Fun filled games were planned at the school Green ground which reminded the teachers of their school days and made them feel nostalgic. That was not all, the students planned many spectacles for the day and showcased many scintillating dance and singing performances, on some peppy numbers which highlighted the heart warming relationship between a teacher and a student.

Sanskrit is the mother of most of the living languages. It is a scientific language that many of the languages directly borrow grammar and vocabulary from Sanskrit. Beyond those of modern India, other languages in nearby regions have been influenced as well. Sanskrit Diwas was celebrated at LPS Jankipuram School.
Students presented Sanskrit.Songs, Speeches, and many more activities in Sanskrit. An unimaginable confidence in the performance was well praised. Prof. Students created the Sanskrit environment in the school.
Knowledge and wisdom attracts numerous people to find that the deeper levels of spirituality that the people are looking for exist in Sanskrit literature.

National Sports Day is celebrated on August 29 every year. Sports are important for the physical and mental well-being of humans. Individuals who play sports remain healthy. India has produced many sporting legends like PT Usha, also known as Udanpari, Sachin Tendulkar, also known as Master Blaster, and Major Dhyan Chand, also known as 'Hockey Wizard'.
The primary motto of National Sports Day is to promote awareness about the significance of sports and being physically active in the day to day life. The Government of India also organises various programs, events, seminars etc. to raise awareness about the significance of National Sports Day.
Our school organized a special assembly on the occasion of National Sports Day. The assembly started with the prayer followed by Pledge, Thought, News , Speech and an Inter House Volleyball competition.

Lucknow Public School, Jankipuram branch celebrated the 77th Independence Day of our country with unity and patriotism. It was a hard and long struggle in which many freedom fighters and great men and women sacrificed their lives for our beloved motherland.
The event commenced with great reverence as the school's Principal hoisted the tricolor flag, a symbol of our nation's hard-fought freedom. The fluttering flag and National anthem followed by the National song in unison served as a reminder of the sacrifices made by our forefathers, igniting a sense of gratitude and responsibility within each one of us.
The cultural extravaganza extended to a medley of performances, showcasing the rich diversity of India. The mesmerizing dance performance on the life of "Jhansi ki Rani: Rani Laxmi Bai," by the students of class V-VI. The students performed yoga to showcase our culture. The students of Classes I & II enthralled everyone present with their dance on the song "Jai HO". Class IX-X students performed "Mime" to show the sacrifice of Indian Army.
All the students and staff joined in for the School Udghosh and in the end sweets were distributed to everyone. Jai Hind.
August 12, has been denoted National Librarians' Day in India. Dr. SR Ranganathan, who is known as the Father of Library Science in India, birthday is observed every year as National Librarian Day in India. To celebrate the National Librarian's Day the School Library of LPS jankipuram, organised "BOOK REVIEW", "GRAPHIC NOVEL DESIGNING", BOOKMARK MAKING" activities for students. Undoubtedly, the fact and figure about India have always been a matter of research and inspiration globally. To take a short glimpse on the same and to make the students aware about its Lucknow Public School organized a quiz –Quest Enigma on 10/08/23 to provide a platform to the students to explore a nation which is a land of spiritually and have a glorified history. Seven branches of LPS participated in the competition in preliminary round (phase -I), in which four were selected for the Phase –II round and the results were-Ahiyaraipur Raibareilly stood First, LPS –Sector I grab the second position, LPS Unnao stood Third and consolation to LPS Sector D. The Quiz completion was a great success and definitely it will have encouraged students to participate in more such competition in future.

Each student is special and they deserve appreciation for what they are good at. A formal distribution of certificates and prizes was done on 4th August 2023 to those who participated in various branch level and Inter branch level activities that were conducted in the month of July .Participants of Van Mahotsav Celebration( Recitation, Action Song Presentation, Skit, Fancy Dress, Nukkad Natak, कवि सम्मेलन, Green Quiz, Slogan Writing, Inter-House PPT making), Inter House Poster Making Competition on Kargil Vijay Diwas, Inter House Soft Board Decoration on the theme-'Patriotism' and Inter Branch Badminton Tournament were felicitated for their hard work and magnificent performance.
Badminton is a much-admired sport which requires strength, endurance, as well as mental capabilities leading to self-discipline and healthy lifestyle. To provide an opportunity to the students to showcase their skills & inculcate into them spirit of sportsmanship, Lucknow Public School organized an Inter-Branch Badminton Championship on 29th & 30th July at Shri C.P Singh Memorial Auditorium. The entire LPS family consisting of nine branches participated enthusiastically for the primary, junior & senior category. The match began with a lot of enthusiasm displayed not only by the players but also by the spectators. The result of tournament is as follows:
LPS, Sec I branch bagged winners title followed by LPS, South City & LPS, Sec D branch in the Junior Category for Boys. While on the other hand, LPS, Sec D branch emerged as a winner followed by LPS, Jankipuram and LPS, Sec I in the Junior Category for Girls.
LPS, Raebareli won the match followed by LPS, South City & LPS, Sec D in the Senior Category for Boys. However, LPS, Raebareli retained the first position again for the Senior Category for Girls followed by LPS, Eldeco & LPS, Jankipuram respectively.
The certificates were presented to all the winners & the tournament was quite a learning experience for all the participating teams. The fun-filled day was a true treat to the eyes of all Badminton fans present there.
Kargil Vijay Diwas is one of the most important event in the history of our country .It reminds us of the victory of our soldiers who laid their lives at the battlefield. To commemorate the occasion , a special assembly was conducted by the students of Class IX and XI for which everyone gathered in the Green ground with a patriotic feeling. The assembly started with the prayer of Goddess Saraswati followed by pledge ,thought , news and a speech saluting the bravery of our soldiers. 'Hindi Kavya Path' was also presented which filled the audience with a feeling of patriotism and zeal. The assembly ended up with the National Anthem.
Lucknow Public School, Jankipuram celebrated the Founder’s Day on 15th May 2023 on the occasion of 67th birth anniversary of our respected Founder Manager Shri CP Singh Sir. The assembly started with the lamp lighting for Sir, followed by prayer sung by all. Class IX students recited a poem dedicated to our Founder Manager. Some teachers shared their experiences and memories of the time they spent with Shri C.P. Singh Sir. Principal Ma'am told the students about the principles and mission of our Founder Sir. A group song was presented by the teachers in the memory of Sir. The students and teachers offered floral tribute to Shri CP Singh Sir.
On 24th MARCH 2023, LPS JANKIPURAM has organized a school tour for the students of pre-primary and primary wings. The students of each class along with their class teacher took a round of the school and were get acquainted with all the rooms, departments, sections and labs of the school. This activity provides opportunity to the students to know about their school building deeply.
Welcome Party for Pre-Primary students was organised on first day of school where all old as well as new students were wholeheartedly welcomed. Various activities, introductory sessions, theme dance and lot of fun tasks filled the toddlers with immense zeal and enthusiasm.
Our motive is to ensure that we do everything possible to equip our students with the best possible learning resources, practical experience and training methods so that they can make their life and career in this challenging world shape.
World Water Day is an annual event commemorated on March 22 to raise awareness of Fresh Water’s significance and promote Sustainable Water Management. LPS celebrated World Water Day and organised it by conducting Special Assembly and various activities to help students understand the importance of water.
For students in grades VI to VIII, NO BAG DAY was observed on February 26. Rather than lugging books to school, life education is organized through experiences. The major goal of establishing this day is to add more color to students' learning by training them in other areas (apart from books). Various programs have been announced and implemented to reduce the workload and stress of students in grades VI to VIII.
